2. The gas detector cannot inhale

This type of problem mainly occurs on pump-suction gas detectors. A small aspirating pump inside the detector is used to inhale gas for detection. Once the aspirating pump is damaged or other faults, the gas detector will not be able to inhale. This problem is easy to solve, just replace the aspirating pump with a new one.

3. Gas detector failure

1. Check the gas flow rate, the value should not be too large or too small.

2. Check whether there is any air leakage in the gas system.

3. The sampling probe is cleaned, and the pipeline of the sampling hole is dredged.

4. Check whether the condenser works normally, and usually adjust the temperature within 3 degrees Celsius.

5. Check the measuring chamber to see if it is dirty, and clean it in time.
