How to measure the inner diameter of a ring gauge with a tool microscope: Use the contact method to measure. Generally, a probe with a diameter of several millimeters is used to contact the inner wall of the ring gauge to be measured. Because the diameter of the probe is small, it can ensure that the probe and the ring gauge to be measured are at the same point. touch. When measuring, when the probe is at the diameter directions A and B of the ring gauge being measured, take two readings a and b of the instrument, then the size of the ring gauge being measured is: D=(b-a)+d, where: D- Within the ring gauge being measured; b, a-two readings of the instrument; d-the diameter of the instrument probe. The sensitive lever must be used in conjunction with the 3× objective lens. If you use other objective lenses, the three pairs of double reticle images will not be visible. Before measurement, install the 3× objective lens on the main microscope of the universal tool microscope. The optically sensitive lever is placed on the lower end of the 3× objective lens with a ring. Push the optically sensitive lever upward enough and fix it with a rotating knob. Fix the ring gauge to be measured in the middle of the workbench without any movement to avoid measurement errors. Lower the arm, introduce the optically sensitive lever probe into the hole to be measured, and then adjust the longitudinal and transverse slide plates of the instrument so that the probe contacts the wall of the ring gauge hole to be measured and is located in the diameter direction of the hole. The sign is to adjust the transverse slide plates. , causing the vertical indication value to reach a turning point (maximum value or minimum value). Keep the horizontal indication unchanged, move the longitudinal slide slightly so that the three pairs of double engraved lines in the eyepiece symmetrically cover the solid line of the meter line, and read the first longitudinal indication a1, then turn the force measuring steering ring to change the force measuring direction, move the slide plate to the other side of the ring gauge to be measured, so that the probe is in contact with the hole wall in the direction of the measured hole diameter, and adjust the probe to the vertical position, read the second longitudinal indication value b1, and accurately measure by the contact method The aperture principle D=(b-a)+d is used to calculate the measurement results. The diameter d of the optically sensitive lever probe is engraved on the side of the lever. For example: when measuring a φ20mm ring gauge, it is known that the diameter d of the optically sensitive lever probe is 310749mm, the first reading value is 8116569mm, and the second reading value is 9815862mm, then the inner diameter D of the ring gauge being measured is: D=(9815862 -8116569)+310749=2010042(mm).
